Patient Account Resolution Specialist (PARS)
This position works in the call center both placing and receiving calls to patients concerning their medical bills. This position must combine excellent customer service in resolving patient issues with soft collections as you gain payment on accounts. PAR Specialists must meet a monthly quota, but are eligible for a bonus after meeting this quota. Bonuses are based on a percentage of collections, with no limit. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and multitasking skills. Prior collections experience required.
